We had a great time at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service; always polite, accommodating, and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary facilities such as hot shower, air-conditioning, fridge. Additionally, we appreciated that they cleaned the room daily without us having to mention it. The breakfast was delicious, but we would have liked to see more vegetables. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby convenience stores.

We found the location of the hotel to be very convenient for the National Exhibition Centre, which is just a short walk away. the staff were friendly and always helpful, providing information on local buses and arranging transfers. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good range of facilities including a fridge and microwave.

We found the surrounding area to be lacking in dining options, but this was easily solved with a quick bus ride into town.

The Suji Residence Hanoi is the best location for visiting the exhibition national center. The Wi-Fi is strong in rooms and reception. The staff, especially Davis, the manager, is friendly and speaks English. The room is spacious, clean, and great value for money.
